Emergency Assistance Program
Our food pantry serves as a crucial emergency assistance program, providing free food support to low-income individuals and families in our community. In response to the ongoing challenges many faces in accessing nutritious food, we are dedicated to helping vulnerable populations maintain good health and mitigate related health risks.
Location: Serving the lower part of Long Island and Queens, NY, we focus on supporting families impacted by the recession and the financial strain caused by the pandemic.
Our Mission: We offer fresh, culturally appropriate, and nutritious food to those in need, ensuring families have access to healthy meals without the added financial burden. Our pantry provides fresh fruits, vegetables, whole grains, dairy products, and other essential food items, made possible through our partnerships with various suppliers.
Distribution Schedule: The food pantry operates monthly, with distributions held on the last Saturday of each month from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm.
